  • Trouble logging into WebAdvisor?
    If you are using Internet Explorer 6, you will need to upgrade to Internet Explorer 7 or use another browser such as Firefox. You also need to be on the encrypted network (not Westmont WLAN) if you are on campus;, and if you are using a proxy, you must disable it.

  • Submit a TechMate Ticket - online Help Request:
    To get help on your IT problem, send an email to support@westmont.edu, use the support@westmont.edu web page, or call x6111 . This is the most efficient way to get your problem the attention it deserves.
