5X5: Westmont College Celebrating 85 Years will be on view November 30 - December 15, 2023. Your works will installed in our galleries, as well as posted in the online exhibition and auction. All funds raised by sales directly benefit arts programming at the Westmont Ridley-Tree Museum of Art.
FAQ's:
How will my work be displayed? All works will be displayed on the gallery walls inside of archival crystal clear plastic sleeves with an accompanying wall label. All works will also be displayed in an online gallery for online bidding. We take professional high resolution images of each work for display online.
Will I know who purchased my work? Yes, after the auction we will send you an email letting you know who purchased your work and what it sold for. The buyers email will be provided if you would like to reach out to them. We will NOT share your contact information with any buyer.

Is my donation tax deductible and if so will you send me a receipt of donation? Yes, you may be able to deduct your work as a donation made to the museum. We can supply you with a donation receipt upon request. You will need to check with your tax professional to confirm the amount of your gift.
