Crush your backlog by hiring Santa Barbara's most promising, young professionals.

Ready to get started? Here are the details:

Students work three days a week for Westmont, two days for you.  We find that sixteen hours is a good amount of time for a company to test a promising young hire with a summer project, get to know them, and decide if they're a good fit long term.

Contact the Program Director if you want to be on the list to interview CATLab students, and he'll reach out in March with best-fit candidates. Hiring for CATLab happens in February. In March, vetted and hired CATLab students are ready to interview with you. You can make your offer to who you see as the best fit. Students are available to begin work the day after Westmont's commencement (usually the first week in May) and are available to run for 15 weeks.
