According to Uyesaka, guided by voices II celebrates the chain of one’s creations. He explores material connections and changes of state between wood, metal, and glass. The objects in this assemblage would now be considered vintage or antique, but one can still imagine this bionic hand as a visualization of man’s relationship with technology as a transformational force that drives innovation and change.
