Artist Statement
Bill is an artist, a filmmaker, and a professor of photography. Driven by an unsettled curiosity, he sees photography as way of reducing daily chaos into a few meaningful moments. Fascinated by the foreign and the familiar, his images remind us that in a time of shifting boarders‚ nothing is personal.

Artist Bio
For the last 30 years, Hendricks has been teaching photography at Ventura College. When he is not in the classroom, he spends his time on the road in Cuba and Southeast Asia.
