Zach grew up just over the hill in the quaint Danish-American town of Solvang. He received his bachelor's degree from Westmont in Business and Economics while playing baseball for the Warriors. After college, he spent a few years serving with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) where he spent part of two years living in Hawaii and traveling to Berlin, Greece, Mongolia, and South Korea. Since his travels he’s shown it’s possible to have a healthy working relationship with a parent as he works as a Loan Processor for his mom’s mortgage company, Trinity Financial Services. He is also the author of a weekly blog titled Life Roots. In his free time, he enjoys a round of golf, outside runs, the beach, writing, and watching the Dodgers — Go Blue!
