IN ADVANCE OF ARRIVING FOR COMMENCEMENT:

Each graduate must have registered their 2 family household guests by May 1, 2021.
All out-of-state registered guests need to be fully vaccinated or comply with the COVID-19 testing/quarantining mandates outlined at registration.
All registered guests must have completed the health screening questionnaire and be prepared to present the individual QR code that was assigned to them, either printed or on their smartphone. Completing these steps in advance will help facilitate a smoother entrance to the event for all guests.

ON THE MORNING OF COMMENCEMENT:

Starting at 7:00am, all registered guests/vehicles will need to “Check In” at the parking lot of Montecito Covenant Church at 671 Cold Spring Road just below campus.
Westmont Staff will be there to greet you, confirm your registration by verifying your QR Code and will issue you a parking pass to be placed on your car’s dashboard and your individual wristbands to be worn by every guest.
You will also be provided a campus parking map (LINK) and a map of the ceremony site.
Only after receiving and displaying these items, vehicles may enter campus at the upper entrance where traffic will run one way. Lower campus will be the exit.
Handicapped parking for vehicles displaying state-issued handicapped placards will be in Lot # 10 and will be filled on a first come basis.
Guests arriving by taxi or a ride share service must go through this same process. We strongly recommend allowing plenty of time to arrive on time for the ceremony.

Campus Parking is limited. Carpooling for shared households is strongly encouraged. Please do not park in the surrounding neighborhood and walk in.

PARKING PASSES ARE REQUIRED FOR ANY VEHICLE ENTERING CAMPUS WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS THROUGHOUT THE EVENT. No exceptions please.
