The last step in the process is to notify unsuccessful applicants.
The hiring supervisor will typically contact those who they personally interviewed to advise them of the decision. See the template below for language to be used to communicate selection of another candidate. Human Resources informs all others who completed the application process by email. All inquiries regarding filled positions should be directed to Human Resources to ensure consistency in responses.
