Housing Office Ocean View Apartments

Ocean View Apartments are located 3 miles from campus in the East Side neighborhood of Santa Barbara. Students enjoy the close proximity to the beach, State Street, farmers market, and the wide array of restaurants and activities that Santa Barbara offers, while still living in community with their friends. Every year we throw a Halloween party for the kids of the neighborhood, feast together for Thanksgiving, and get together periodically for cook-outs and other events!
