Hire Westmont students and graduates.
An ever-accelerating pace of change demands a nimble workforce that can solve problems, work diligently, and contribute as part of a team.
With an 11:1 faculty ratio, students are shaped by professors who are unapologetic about a rigorous academic environment. Combine this with our deep liberal arts emphasis and you get students for whom deeper thinking becomes second nature. That's why 92% of recent alums are employed or pursuing graduate school within six months of graduation.
