Any caterer engaged for services for Westmont College events on or off campus must have a written agreement vetted by the Westmont Office of Procurement. This includes venues that are supplying catering at their location, and this information applies even if the event will be "retail" with guests paying the vendor directly. 

Only approved caterers can be contacted to engage their services. These suppliers have contracts, insurance, and health permits in place with us. Except for Bon Appetit BEOs, the event order they supply to you still needs to be submitted to the Office of Procurement to be processed subordinate to the Master Agreement, but the pre-existing Master Agreement significantly expedites that process.

Only caterers that are PCI Compliant Certified by the College may be engaged for events where guests will pay the caterer directly by credit card.

IMPORTANT! Please contact the Office of Procurement regarding legally required additional steps for events advertised in the media to the general public.

This includes the type of events for which college employees can or cannot supply food and be reimbursed cost.
