Venture capitalists heard presentations by 12 entrepreneurs and companies seeking funding for their projects and ideas at the first annual Westmont Venture Forum in May. Another 23 firms displayed information at the event. Alfred Checchi, co-chairman of Northwest Airlines, gave the keynote address.
