Prospective Employees Instructions for Online Employment Application
Where do I begin?
To begin the application process, please select the "Start Application" link below. You will be instructed to enter your email address and a password will be sent to you via that email address. Use an email address that you will check regularly. Also, select a password that you will easily remember, as Westmont does not keep a record of candidate's passwords. You will need this email address and password each time you enter our Online Employment Application system.
What if I have already created an application?
If you have already created an application with our online system and wish to apply for other positions, log into your account on the next screen. Once an application has been submitted for a position, it cannot be changed. You can "duplicate" your application if you are interested in applying for similar positions. See our Frequently Asked Questions page for additional information.
Additional Information Before You Begin:
- When completing an application, you will be asked to provide information about your education and experience, as well as contact information regarding your employment history and references. Please gather this information before beginning the application process.
- You will have the opportunity to attach/upload documents (such as Cover Letter and Resume) during the application process.
- Specific attention should be given to the Qualification/Requirements sections of the online job description. These generally include the level of education, skills, and work experience necessary to be considered as a viable applicant.
