Westmont Magazine A New Orientation

To provide incoming students with academic advising before they register for classes, Westmont is holding two orientation sessions for new students this summer, July 9-10 and 30-31. First-year and transfer students will have an opportunity to meet with faculty members to work out their schedules for the fall semester. They will also take placement tests, get their student I.D.s and find out about connecting their computers to the campus network.

New students will still arrive early for Orientation in August,which will focus more on developmental issues than advising and registration.
